Changes to Cyber Essentials

Indelible Data will remain a Certification Body when the Cyber Essentials scheme changes in April 2020

The NCSC has chosen ISASME to take over as the sole partner from April 1 leading to:

  • a new simplified operating model and streamlined user experience
  • the introduction of a minimum criteria for Certification Bodies and Cyber Essentials assessors
  • the introduction of an expiry date on certificates

Work has begun on a transition plan that will see Indelible Data move across to be Accredited by IASME – currently it is accredited by QG Management Standards.

Business as usual

During the transition, it will be business as usual for Indelible Data and organisations can continue applying for certification by downloading the Cyber Essentials Questionnaire in the normal way here: Cyber Essentials Questionnaire

We will continue to contact clients to alert them six weeks before their re-certification date.

Please contact Indelible Data on 01900 818000 with any questions.
